House Rules
You'll be staying in my home, so please treat the old lady with the respect she deserves.
Check-in: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Check-out before 12:00 PM
Please DO NOT touch any of the displays.
Commercial photography allowed.
Specified guests number only.
NO smoking.
NO children under the age of 12.
NO pets.
Safety and Property
Avoid surprises by looking over these important details
Our plumbing is very SENSITIVE. Please DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper. NO wipes of any kind. The system will clog immediately, cutting off the entire house.
Smoke alarm installed.
Cancellation Policy
Before you book, make sure you’re comfortable with the cancellation policy.
A full refund will be provided with 7 days’ notice. If notice is less than 7 days but more than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% refund will be given. If notice is less than 24 hours, no refund will be given.
Reminder: Due to the historic nature of The Gilded Bat, please no pets and no children under the age of 12.
